This applies to contestants from the following states: District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming Pay this fee if you are submitting a picture via email. This competition is for women who are ages 23-29 as of Jan. 1, the year of the pageant. If you were 22 on Jan. 1, you may request permission to compete from our director in your state. If you were 16 or older on Jan. 1 and are not eligible to compete at the state level for any reason, you may be able to participate in this division. Email meg@gocoed.com to request permission.
